Best Western Watertown

The hotel was everything you'd want. I arrived late and the night staff member warmly welcomed me and had everything ready. Basically, he handed me the room keys and I headed straight to the room. The room was clean and everything was in good repair. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Not fancy but really solid. Exceeded expectations. Hotel and room was very clean. Staff was notably welcoming. The room had comfortable beds, a new big screen TV, a blackout shade, a heating unit that was quiet. Almost couldn’t hear it. Separate sink area. The shower quality was nice. I appreciated that the bathroom had separate light and fan switches.

Motel is updated and staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Breakfast was very good.

The property overall was fairly good, needed some cosmetic work, molding coming off on the furniture in the bedroom. Other than that, the room was very nice. However, we stayed there because of the pool and hot tub and both were in inadequate shape. My adult children and their children tried to swim, but it was somewhat slimy and you could clearly see mold on both the hot tub and the pool. I did talk to the person behind the desk and they said they were having a part come in to fix the situation. Hopefully that is accurate. I’m a positive note. The breakfast was wonderful and overall had a good stay.

The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Beds super comfortable. The hot tub and pool were both at right temperatures. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, especially for a 3 Star Rated hotel. Personally, I would rate it a 4 Star Hotel. That being said, we would give this place a 5 star customer rating. The rooms were nicely sized, clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast did NOT offer custom omelets but, again, that's 5 Star Hotel territory with the accompanying price tag. ;)

The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. Great water pressure and very comfortable bed.

Beautiful clean room. Large TV with many channels. Comfy bed. Sparkling sheets and towels. Kind and friendly customer service.

So the breakfast was amazing for a free breakfast at a best western in Watertown.. the staff wouldn't allow me an my friend to have a drink in the pool area even though I am 40 yrs old...that upset me but over all was with the price and room was clean and again breakfast was great
