The Hotel is need of a face lift. Smells old , old carpet. Trying to play off Full size beds for queen. I sell mattresses and I know the difference. Would not want to stay at that location again. Oh, 1-elevator it was very old. You should do better for that location. It’s reminded me of an Extended Stay place.

I was surprised that the “snack section” beside the front desk had little to eat. Only candy bars and washing detergent. No snacks to choose from or sodas / water. Also breakfast itself was little to no choice.

Had major issue with mini fridge , as a diabetic on insulin , I place my vials on the midde shelf in the fridge at night , and when I woke up.....it was frozen !!! Ruined !!! Had to get new prescription using out of network medical providers and also purchase emergency insulin.

It wasn’t in great/clen condition as far as carpeting/walls/elevators. A roach crawls across the counter where the fridge and coffee maker were.

I was visiting family in Jacksonville, FL. I checked into my room at the South Lenoir location and just down the hall next to the elevator was water damage. There was internal water damage on the first five floors. The A/C unit in my room stunk an ungodly amount so I couldn’t use it the entire time I was there. For the amount I paid and the reviews I read it was not worth it or what we expected. My parents paid almost $100 more for 4 people to be in a room and it was 100X cleaner and worth the price. I’m very disappointed and wish I could’ve gotten my money back.

Older building that needs some renovations. Has an odd smell on the hallways, but could be fixed with renovations. Other than that, easy to get to and comfortable.

had to wait about 10 min. for someone to show up at the front desk to check in, the hallways carpets were dirty and had stains, the ice maker I found was out of order. the elevator had package tape holding the inside door panel closed.
The room was just Avg. bed was OK, Refrigerator not frost free needed to be defrosted and cleaned. bathroom was OK

I liked the area of the hotel but i was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the carpet, elevator not having enough hand towels in the room.to take a shower. Carpet in lobby hallway and room really need to be replaced looks very bad. The elevator is so rusty makes you feel like its gone to stop working. The locks on the doors in lobby doesnt lock you just walk right in.the locks on the room doors aren't safely sacured tight.
