Best Western White House Hotel

Friendly staff and breakfast was awesome 😎 And good to stay for family and friends ☺️

The room was clean and comfortably warm throughout our stay, and the stay was excellent value for money. What truly made the experience stand out was the service; every member of the front desk staff we encountered was kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They were genuinely helpful with every request we had. While the location and amenities are fairly basic/average, the exceptional hospitality and cleanliness make this a solid choice for couples looking for a reliable stay.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and shower , I stayed there for 3 nights , great value for the price.

Great location. Room was very clean. However, bathroom toiletories need a good refill, it wiukd be great to have hand loation/ moisturiser in the toilet. Staff was friendly and polite. I wiuld def comeback again.

Have stayed here several times and will visit again! Good hotel in convenient location. Reasonably priced with lovely helpful staff. Nice bar area in foyer. Room was clean and to a good standard. Bathrooms are a little dated but spacious and with a nice powerful shower. Room sizes do vary a lot.

A great hotel,near Town centre and all amenities. Staff were very helpful and a well stocked bar was perfect.

Hotel room was extremely disgusting, hairs still on the bed from previous guest I can only assume, stains on the pillow itself. When checking the bedsheet, there was what looked like specks of blood on it, under the mattress protector there was a disgusting green and yellow mark that made me and my partner feel physically sick. We were then moved to a different room after complaining about how bad it was. When moved, the cleanliness was not any better as there was a huge mark on the mattress itself, the toilet wasn't cleaned and had marks on the lid and on itself. We were not offered any discount on our stay or any compensation whatsoever, only received a half assed apology on the state of the room. Will definitely not be staying there in future
