Everything was good but the mattress was hard as a rock! It was so uncomfortable that my husband woke up in pain this morning.

carpet at the lobby you can see stained, when you are out of the elevator need a lot vacuum. chair in the room was wiggle not even safe to sit

One night stay while traveling. Clean room, comfy beds, good breakfast, nice staff. Only recommendation would be to have better lighting in our room; 'twas a bit dim. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The property was only ten minutes away from the Naval Base, so it was accessible and convenient for PIR graduation.

Great hotel room but the receptionist upon arriving was HORRIBLY RUDE. I greeted her first and she replied “wait one minute”. Those were her first words. I asked for a triple a discount and she replied “I don’t know, I don’t do discounts at night”. She NEVER ONCE looked at us. She just stared down at her screen the entire transaction/check in. It’s hard to get past such horrible customer service after driving five hours and looking forward to a good nights sleep.

We had a great stay. We were up there from Orlando to attend our daughter's Navy Bootcamp graduation. David and Lana at the front desk were incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area in the future.

We had a great stay. The staff were extremely helpful including David and Lana at the front desk. Breakfast food was very good and the coffee was always available in the lobby. We stayed there to attend our daughter’s graduation from Navy bootcamp and would definitely stay there again. Also, the fitness center was very above par compared to other Hampton Inn we have stayed at in the past.

You get what you pay for. This property during our 4 night stay in September was average. The only positive thing was the location. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
