Saptha Resort and Spa

A beautiful resort, great staff to assist, good buffet breakfast, neat and clean room, best attraction is bath tub at balcony. Big swimming pool and ample parking. What else do you expect for a staycation.

We stayed for 2 nights here in saptha We had a good time The staff are very polite and helpful The food was delicious and tasty Good rooms and good view We can relax and enjoy Pool was huge Overall we had a good stay

Firstly, location wise we did not enjoy this hotel, we had to travel very far for any tourist destinations. The room we got (premium room) had a bath tub in the balcony overlooking a parking lot with prying eyes, rendering it useless. The seat cushions had stains, there was no safe in the room. No slippers in the room, and a basically unusable TV (software wise it was painfully slow to load anything). When asked for an upgrade, it was denied even though this was basically promised in our booking, based on availability which they had (confirmed by them). On checkout, we weren’t initially provided the promised 15% discount on F&B, and there were some food bills which we had not consumed (chicken sandwich was added when we are vegetarians and did not order any kind of sandwich). Had we not have checked the bills, we would have grossly overpaid for services we did not request. The overall service doesn’t live up to a 5 star property. The only silver lining is some of the staff were very polite, and room service is quick.

Had an excellent stay @Saptha. Amazing Hospitality by the entire Staff. Thanks to Ramanunni, Rathish and team members for all the services offered. Look forward to our next visit to the property.

Superb location and very spacious rooms. Generally have very high cleanliness and away from all the hustles of the town. Were part of a reunion group of Civil Engg. students of College of Engg. TVM which passed out in 1988 and we had 90 plus members in the group. The service of the staff is superb as one would expect from a 5 star facility. What made them different was that the leaders - F&B head Mr. Jayakumar, Operations head Mr. Sony, Front Office head Ms. Aswathy and several others including IT, security etc. were always with the group to ensure that everything went smooth and without any hitches. The food was excellent and thank you Executive Chef Mr. Jyotish for the excellent spread and variety offered. The care and love seen from the staff during our stay can't be an one off thing and represents excellent leadership quality cultivated. Kudos to the GM Mr. Ramanunni who also kindly consented our representative to lead the republic day celebrations.

Well endowed rooms, good food and prompt service.. We had a wonderful time at Saptha.. Saptha is an apt place to conduct large get togethers and meetings like ours.. We were 100 of us and didnt feel crowded at all..
