Highly recommended resort. I visited this place in January 2024, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.The rooms were spacious,clean and well maintained.The food was delicious and had variety of options.We enjoyed the infinity pool,live music and trekking and the evening tea stall at an amazing view point .The staff’s are friendly and very helpful. It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting.I can’t express it from my words. Will definitely visit next time.😍

been travelling to wayanad from couple of years bt this place is something different that is so scenic and the staff are so responsive they keep on following up for each &evrything simple thing this resort is kids friendly, can get costumised food for babies, chief chef here is amazing ,they have live music evry single day with born fire ,totally in love with this resort ❤️

Excellent experience ! One of the best resort so far i have ever been. We stayed in glamping which was so comfortable and includes jacuzzi. Serivce and food was exceptional. We even extended an extra night. Overall a wonderful experience we had at mount xanadu.

The property is excellently maintained and away from the noise and pollution of city life. Service is great but takes some time. The stay was perfect for us as a family of 4. Two nights were sufficient time to explore the activities available in the resort and close by.

Travelled with family booked 6 rooms ...had the most horrible welcome in my life . Had to carry our luggage from the car to the reception by ourself. The welcome drink was excellent but had to ask for it . And the worst part was that they were not ready to handover the room keys till we pay the balance 50 % . I think the ***agement was not confident about their service & thought the guests would run away without paying their balance money. Only good thing about the resort is gr8 location. So if your are ready to compromise hospitality , unprofessional staff & average food then gr8 place to visit.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. No staff for luggage handling, no one to offer welcome drink and rather they make the customers feel that they are the only king and the customers are their prisoners. View is awesome but nothing else. For view one can come but don't expect any hospitality.

Beautiful property in the lap of nature. Very polite staff. Very calming view. Loved it! Highly recommended if coming with family specially kids. It was my son’s first birthday and we wanted a private celebration. Mount Xanadu resort helped us achieve that. We booked a glamp and trust me the view was mesmerising.

We had a great stay at Mt Xanadu Resort. The resort is beautifully crafted on one of the top hills in Wayanad. We were four couples and stayed for two days. Two of our rooms were in the balloon category and the other two were tree houses. This was our first time staying in balloons and we loved it! The only downside was that we stayed during the summer and the balloons got quite hot during the afternoon. The AC was in powerful mode but still due to nature of plastics in balloon it was enough hot inside overall, so if you want to experience balloon living, I would recommend visiting during a cooler season. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Mt Xanadu Resort. The resort, stay, food, and service were all excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others! Pros: * Beautiful location * Well-crafted architecture * Comfortable rooms * Delicious food * Friendly and attentive staff Cons: * Balloon rooms can get hot during the summer noon times. I would definitely recommend Mt Xanadu Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.
