Holiday Inn Express Properties in Wayne County

Spacious room, ample parking, delicious breakfast. I stayed there with my family for a night when we were passing by Detroit.

Young women at the desk were great checking in and conversation. One simple fix suggestion for the room. Throughout the night we heard a ”knock, knock, knock” like someone was tapping on a nearby door. When I woke up in the night to use our bathroom I realized what it was. The hair dryer is on a hook on the back of the bathroom door and when i opened it I heard the annoying sound I had been hearing all night. Take that hair dryer off the hook and put it in the closet and your guests will sleep better.

I sincerely like this hotel and that’s the reason I’ve returned to it more than 10 times within the last 3 months! Excellent breakfast, very respectful staff and oh great location. There rooms are always very clean also. They charge as little as $87 plus tax for a kings bedroom with a living room and sofa! My only issue is why I have never been rewarded for being a consistently returning customer lol.

Cost-effective, close to the customer, the service is not bad.

The courtyard is spacious with ample and free parking. The rooms are clean with comfortable bedding, and the microwave is very convenient. It's close to the airport. The front desk service is excellent, and the gym has a scale for weighing luggage. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Overall, the hotel is clean and well maintained. However When we arrived to check in, our room was not ready until around 3:25 PM which was very disappointing, as we were very tired from driving long hours. During the night, the cleaning guy at the lobby was very noisy, speaking loudly on his phone speaker, while we were trying to relax and have coffee, thus we left the whole lobby for him and went to our rooms.

Very good, friend recommended, very convenient, breakfast is Western, haha. Try to adapt to 呗~
