Clean and tidy, breakfast is rich, there are very large business districts around, very close to Lake Ontario. recommend!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I am diamond elite another hotel chains as well they’re gold member of Wyndham, and I feel totally stolen from him. There was black mold on the walls and they refused to refund me the room and it took me several hours to find another hotel miles away so that I could have a room for that night. Upon talking to the best people they admitted that there was problems with roof leaks and mold in other locations of the hotel. The manager refused to call me back and I made several attempts to reach out to that person. And Wyndham corporate would not stand up for me so I am out $120 for a room I’ve never used ! This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen it should be burned to the ground. Do not stay here

The room is very comfortable. Lying on the bed and watching the falling snow outside the window is a unique experience. The surrounding environment is good👍👍👍I will choose to stay here next time.

I can see they tried to rebrand this hotel but definitely went as cheap as possible....Air conditioning is old and can barely work as well as sounding like it could explode any minute......Tiny bathroom with the sink in the room outside the bathroom...I have seen this at other choice hotels but usually the bathroom is still a little bigger.....the mattress on top of a cheap black frame was a bad idea....squeaky and just super random...For $200+ a night this was not up to par and this was the first time I have stayed at a choice property for many years and will most likely not repeat this mistake again....back to Hilton/marriott for me

After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. Great people. We were welcomed by the staff at the front desk after quite a long drive and they were nothing but helpful and enthusiastic. When visiting Rochester Greece, you can’t go wrong with this Hampton Inn.
