Everything was fine except the noise. We had a bottom floor unit and it was right by the stairs. People were walking around upstairs and going up the stairs way into the late night. It was a Friday night. The television sound cut out after every third word that was spoken. The television was nice and big just bad sound.

Great place to stay in Gold Beach! All rooms have a water view. Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is undergoing major renovations.

Jot’s has redone their rooms! They are lovely! I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice they are now. The outside still needs work, but the inside was comfortable and pretty. I’ve stayed at every hotel in Gold Beach. Jot’s now has the nicest rooms and is the most inexpensive by far.

Great stay! Rooms were clean and quiet, beautiful view of the river and staff was helpful and friendly. Just a note regarding EV charging station-it was not an EV charging station, just an outlet on the outside wall of the gift shop/office, so plan ahead if you have an electric vehicle.

Great place to stay. Nice upgrades, but some rooms need help. I stayed in 2. 1 had no heat (wlectric didnt work) the other you couldnt turn off...or it was nothing at all.
Not sure about other rooms.
Price was great. Safe place to stay, and convenient with the bar/restaurant next door.

I didn’t stay, severe weather prevented me from getting there. Had to stop at another place and get off the road. Jots could not have been nicer, understood and did not charge me. I appreciated that, it wasn’t their fault and they cut me slack. I’ll go back, I like the way they do business.
