入住體驗很差，十一期間本就是人流高峯期居然沒有供暖，簡介上學了有地暖但是根本沒有，暖氣還沒有開始供應。酒店電梯還是壞的，要客人自己搬行李上樓。多要了兩床被子但是被子質量非常差，完全不保暖。説是24h供應熱水但是晚上十一點就沒有熱水了，衹能用冰水洗漱。我們一開始拿到的房卡還刷不開門，要去前台重刷才能開門。一晚上狀況百出價格還不便宜

賽罕壩唯一能給電車充電的酒店。國家電網的充電樁在後院，不住宿不能充電。第1天路過時，碰巧遇上老闆餘總挺好説話的也給充電了。第2天為了充電專門過來住宿。硬件挺好的。 軟件雖沒完全跟得上，但也説得過去。對得起塞罕壩的房價。

旅遊景點酒店，房間還算乾淨。服務中規中矩吧，房間裏沒有香皂，打電話就給送過來了。位置不錯，鬧中取靜的地方。房間設施就是一大一小兩張床，介紹上寫的兩瓶免費水，前台説不提供。早餐28左右一份，看了看沒啥吃的，後來在旁邊餐館吃的，很方便。停車免費。有WIFI。
