The overall environment is OK, and the hardware facilities are complete. But it is obvious that the management's ability is limited.
1. Hardware: The windows are not tightly sealed. It is better to change to another room, but there are still obvious gaps. Consider carefully the higher requirements for quietness.
2. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out the next day. As a five-star hotel, is there a shortage of manpower? . .

好久沒來濰坊出差了，這次選了華美達，踩坑了。酒店設施陳舊，早餐也是爛的不行！最最最氣憤的是，酒店隨便把客人的訊息透露給第三方什麼KTV。太垃圾了。

華美達廣場酒店非常值得去，依靠人民公園環境美麗，地處商業圈熱鬧繁華，最棒的是房間很好，進入給人一種温馨的感覺，大床舒適，乾淨衞生，前台服務熱情，房務員送東西很快，而且美食也多種多樣，就餐可以優先選擇考慮，五星級酒店就是不一樣，一句話，所有人都給我去

華美達賴濰坊都會選的酒店，本次入住體驗感非常差，以下是描述。
來參加會議，考慮之前也在華美達酒店住過，本次也選擇了，入住當天白天陽光正好，房間很暖和，現在天黑的早，在房間用晚餐，到6點左右屋裡就很冷，給前台電話過來看屋裡空調是不是壞了，看過之後告訴不要動控制器，都調好了，夜裡睡不着，一個字冷🥶，凌晨2-3點左右走廊上拿，鑰匙晃動聲音，説話，開門煎熬到天亮，看時間早上7點左右，拿東西下去，告訴前台房間太冷了，外面晚上很吵，今天參加會議，把房間調到參會房間，這間退了，重新辦理，辦理退房後，告知等接待會議會務組給安排，會務組8.30才能到前台，天氣冷，問能去房間在待會嗎？告訴退房就不能進去了，就是想知道，不能直接轉房告訴晚一點退就是了，沒有什麼地方去，坐在大廳1個多小時等着會務組來，拿新房卡回屋，真的凍透了，華美達酒店是大酒店，硬件設施軟件設施也是有的，但是細節還希望有所調整，以上都是過程描述。
