The air conditioner in the room was ventilated and there was no hot air at all. I communicated with the hotel front desk room center to no avail. Finally, I found the general manager on duty and gave me an electric heater, which finally saved me from catching a cold. What a blessing! The most important thing is that they said the hotel has more than 60 conference rooms and no one said it was cold in the room. I didn't see anyone living on our floor. We only had one room?
