非常好，物美價廉。首先是房間很大很乾凈，新中式風格挺好看的，大桌子很方便順便要辦公的。然後地理位置也很好，到火炬八街走個十分鐘就到了，晴天的時候房間看海更清楚，圖二是第一天陰天看不清楚海。然後房間東西也很齊全，冰箱洗衣機都有，還備了護髮度和洗衣液。最後入住的前台那邊賣的冰箱貼什麼的也很好看，比景區的便宜。

非常滿意。剛從青島的民宿（億家主題海景棧橋店）踩雷。本來想退了威海的這家民宿訂個賓館。來到這看到房間非常滿意，就在高區管委會的對面，屋子明亮乾淨，可以看到大海（見圖）。譚姓老闆人也很好。

房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，無異味，設施齊全，海景房，窗外即可欣賞日落和海景。距離火炬八街、國際浴場、小石島等景點非常近，步行或短途車程即可到達，交通便利。

房間打開後説真的挺失望的，很簡陋，床上用品總給人感覺臟臟的，水壓也很小，洗澡時不時沒有水，最差的是其中一張小床人睡在上面咯吱響，擾的一晚上沒睡好，要不是因為玩的比較晚回來才發現，肯定要找房東換一間房。但位置的確挺好，離火炬八街很近，站窗邊就能看見大海，另外服務態度沒得説，有問題都會幫忙解決，但配套還是要更新才好長久做生意
