The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay! The kind lady at the front desk even reminded me to wear a jacket because it was windy, which was a timely heads-up – I would have been freezing otherwise. After checking in and seeing the great environment, I immediately extended my stay for another night.

Good location, convenient parking, complete hotel facilities, very convenient dining around the hotel, clean and hygienic. Convenient for traveling.

There were still unwashed oil stains and hair on the bed, so we bought a disposable four-piece set (I had never bought it before). There was also hair on the table, which was not very good (just my personal opinion)

They picked up a couple at 2am and arranged them next to me. I was drunk and they were so noisy and my sleep quality was very poor. I called the front desk and they said all the rooms were fully booked. Anyone with a little common sense knows that the hotel gives priority to arranging guest rooms. Those who come in the second half of the night are basically in the first or last or twin beds. The service is very irregular, and there are a lot of dust mites. After sleeping for two days on a business trip, my face has been allergic and swollen. It's annoying 😠 They kept urging me to check out at 12 o'clock. I was only in the room for a few hours in total. When I left, they kept asking which room I was in and where the room card was. They have the nerve to call this kind of service a comfortable hotel. Can't they just locate it quickly?

The environment is not good. The sewer stinks. The hotel service is not thoughtful. The front desk service attitude is very bad. It's the first time I live in such a bad hotel. There is a school next to it. The sound insulation is very poor. The school starts playing music at 7 o'clock in the morning. It's very noisy. The front desk keeps showing a bad face! ! ! Bad review!

很難評價的一家酒店，雖然是基礎款的連鎖酒店，但更像十幾年前的那種小招待所，處處透露着不標準化。 總體來説住宿還可以，但是餐飲非常差，就像把餐飲整體外包出去了，做的極其難吃（我還沒遇到過餐飲比這家差的），態度又很惡劣，客人多拿點米飯，還會被工作人員大姨數落，你看這像話嗎？ 當然，前台和住宿服務還不錯，就是餐飲太糟糕了。

店內整體環境和衞生還是可以的，就是房間有點小，在旅遊旺季，這個價格也算是可以接受的。房間內沒有配傳統的洗臉毛巾，而是配了一次性的毛巾，使用時掉毛，感覺很不好，還好自己帶了毛巾，這個一次性毛巾的畫面很奇怪，我們國人難道是這種形象嗎？還是哪個外來文化或資本故意醜化我們？好好的一個人這麼長的脖子，這麼難看的臉龐。還不如印一些花草鳥蟲上去。錦江酒店在幹什麼？這個合肥方潔在幹什麼？
