Cheery Dragon Hotel Weihai Jiuzi holds

The service was exceptional. The robot couldn't deliver our takeout because of the rain, so a hotel staff member brought it up to our room instead.

After much searching, I finally chose this hotel. Its location near Hanlefang is super convenient for getting around, and parking is easy. Renovated in 2024, it feels fresh and new without any lingering new-decor smells. While it's not a big-name chain, the service was surprisingly excellent – truly the best hotel experience of my trip. Right after booking, I received a call from the butler asking about my room preferences and they even upgraded my room for free. The room itself was tastefully decorated and felt great. Because I had a child, they thoughtfully prepared a kids' toiletry set, eye masks, earplugs, and milk, placing them by the bed. Upon arrival, a staff member immediately helped with my luggage and escorted me all the way to my room. Later, the butler left a sweet note and provided extra drinks. Just before checkout, the butler even prepared a box of washed fruit in a bag with tissues, and the front desk gave me a small box of pastries. These little gifts, though small, showed so much thoughtfulness and warmth. The value for money is incredible, definitely worth revisiting!

Extremely satisfied! The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent. They were able to meet all reasonable requests perfectly. It was also very quiet, so I slept soundly at night. I spent a long time choosing, and I'm glad I picked the right one.

Both the lobby and guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and bright with comprehensive smart facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff are warm and attentive; the front desk handles check-ins efficiently and quickly, and they respond promptly to requests. They are meticulous and polite, making you feel right at home throughout your stay. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and dining. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Weihai!

After half an hour of searching for a hotel in Weihai, I booked the Jiuzi Huanglong. It's right opposite Weihihai Jiulongcheng Shopping Plaza, so food and drinks are super convenient. Jiulong Bay Park is about a ten-minute walk away, perfect for an evening stroll by the sea! A taxi to Hanlefang only takes a few minutes. The hotel breakfast and facilities are excellent. When I called to request three rooms on the same floor, the front desk lady heard we were traveling with high school graduates and upgraded our rooms. That was a really thoughtful touch!

This hotel is great if you're traveling with kids. They provide a crib and bed rails, and the service is very thoughtful.

I've never stayed in a worse hotel! Traveling with my family, I specifically chose the executive suite on the 18th floor, the highest floor, hoping to get some good rest. But in such an expensive hotel, the air conditioning was broken! In this heat, even with the AC set to 16 degrees Celsius, after several hours, the room temperature was still a scorching 26-27 degrees. I contacted their guest relations manager, and they sent an electrician who told us it was normal. He said that with the AC set to 16 degrees, and the room temperature still at 26-27 degrees after more than 3 hours, it was 'normal air conditioning, no problem!' He lied through his teeth without an ounce of shame!! How can someone like that work in the service industry? This is the first negative review I've ever left, and it's well-deserved.

I brought my parents and in-laws, all four seniors, to Weihai for a holiday and we stayed at the hotel for two days. During the day, complimentary fruit was provided, and in the evenings, we received bedtime milk, which all the seniors greatly appreciated. My mother, in particular, has difficulty with her legs and lower back, making it hard for her to stand while showering. The housekeeping supervisor and cleaning auntie on the 15th floor were incredibly warm and thoughtful, bringing a plastic stool and a foot-soaking tub so my mother could shower sitting down and soak her feet comfortably. The housekeeping manager, upon learning that we had to catch an early train the next morning, even specially arranged for the dining department to pack breakfast for us, and prepared a sugar-free meal bag for my father-in-law who has diabetes. The service response was astonishingly fast; as soon as a request was made, it was immediately resolved. Room cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the bedding was changed frequently and neatly, so we felt very confident about the hygiene. Every detail made us feel warm and comfortable.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was very clean. It's definitely the top choice when visiting Weihai!
