my son and I stayed in this hotel for about 5 days and as soon as we arrived the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They are familiar with the area and could immediately assist us with restaurants to eat, how to get to the beach and they even visited our room many times to help with the projector and fixed any problems immediately. The room wasn't as clean as I hoped. There was hair in the bathroom and around the bed the floor was dirty. The cleaning ayi immediately said she will clean it up and gave us free drinks and coffee for the mini bar. This hotel is also great for couples I think. Thank you for a lovely stay 😘

先説環境，經典官圖詐騙，感覺是用效果圖直接掛出來攬客的，傢俱軟裝嚴重縮水，地板縫裡還有上個客人的零食包裝。
控煙做的很差，睡到半夜樓道里煙味就飄進來。前台很多批客人看過房間直接傻眼，要求退款。
威海這個時段能帶寵物的客房少之又少，頂着平日三倍溢價連住兩天真的是沒有選擇。
打掃衞生阿姨很熱情，可能是唯一亮點了。

預訂時酒店宣傳靠海，實際根本遠離海邊，虛假廣告欺騙顧客！ 酒店看似新裝修，但電線裸露在外，ni極其危險，入住時擔心觸電事故。 房間門設計過大，門外能清晰看到內部，私隱全無，令人不安。這次入住體驗極差，我誠懇建議所有遊客：千萬不要選擇這家酒店，攜程應嚴查此類問題！差評不能輕易刪除，希望平台重視消費者權益。

去沙灘很方便，電動車價格也很划算，離公交站也近，電動車15分鐘就能直接到貓頭山，夜宵直沖海鮮大排檔！停車隨便停，免費停車，屋裡設施給力又是智能馬桶還有戴森吹風機，直接鎖住！下次還來！
