We happened to be there during a heavy snowfall, and the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. The location is a bit secluded, but it's very close to the Gudu Convention (Solitary Convention), and getting a taxi isn't difficult. Although you can't get delivery, they have an all-day restaurant and can even help warm up your food. Overall, it's pretty good.

The overall decor, facilities, amenities, and service were all top-notch. Daisy at the front desk was also very attentive and promptly responded to all our needs. The hotel is a bit secluded, with limited infrastructure nearby, but that doesn't detract from the excellent overall views. There are a few areas that could be improved, such as no minibar in the room, the executive lounge not being open, and the variety and guidance for the restaurant's food options. All in all, I would definitely come back, it was excellent!

Barry provided excellent, warm service. We were upgraded to an executive room, and since we didn't have time for afternoon tea, he even had it sent to our room. The hotel environment is great, and the soundproofing is also very good.

Upon calling the front desk, Winnie immediately coordinated with the engineering department and personally followed up, resolving the problem for us in a very short time with impressive efficiency. Warm and Sincere: Every time we entered or exited the hotel, if Winnie was on duty, she would greet us warmly with a kind smile, making us feel right at home. Upon check-out, she thoughtfully inquired about our onward journey and offered well wishes. Having such an excellent employee like Winnie made this accommodation experience far exceed expectations. She not only represents high personal qualities but also reflects the hotel's outstanding management. Highly recommended, we will definitely choose to stay here again!
