KOWLOONS Hotel

The hotel's location, facilities, and service are all excellent, especially the warm reception from our butler, Ren. They were very thoughtful and even helped us extend our check-out based on our needs. The hotel management is very customer-oriented. We were very satisfied with our stay here, and the ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. We will definitely come back to this wonderful hotel if we have the chance!

The hotel isn't new, but the service is incredibly attentive. Even before we arrived, our dedicated butler contacted us to confirm our location and check-in time. This hotel offers two-bedroom suites, which perfectly suited our family's need for independent space while providing the convenience of a homestay with hotel-level service. Upon entering, there was a 'Touhu' (pitch-pot) festival activity, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed and even received small gifts. It left a great first impression. The lobby had herbal teas and warm water readily available. Breakfast was on the 7th floor, with a 90s decor style and 4-star standard. Most common items were there, plus some local specialties. However, if you went later, many options were gone. They also cleared up quite early, by 9:30 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully decorated. The suite had excellent facilities, and the zero-pressure mattress was very comfortable – soft yet supportive. Bottled water was plentiful, and the electric kettle maintained a constant temperature, which was a nice touch for a winter stay. The hotel is about an 8-minute drive from Hanlefang. The 5th floor provides direct access to a shopping mall, and most food deliveries arrived within 15 minutes and were brought up to the room quickly. Everyone providing service was very helpful. The 'sea view' was minimal, just a glimpse through layers of buildings, making it not really worth it. The river view would have been much better. Now for the downsides: Staying in winter, the hot water for showers was unstable – not freezing cold, but it did fluctuate. Unless specifically requested, both suites and standard rooms only come with one key card. Once you're in the room, this card also needs to be inserted for power, which is a bit inconvenient. Despite being designed for wet/dry separation, there's no bathtub, and water still leaked out of the shower area. The mini-fridge seemed unresponsive even after plugging it in, so perhaps we didn't know how to use it. The room also had a charging cable, but it had a poor connection, and there were no pillows with a curved design to choose from. All these are minor issues, especially considering the price. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Perfect! The service was absolutely amazing. From the moment we got off the car, there was someone to pick us up, and they even helped with our luggage all the way to the hotel – truly impressive! They thoughtfully arranged a sea-view room for us, and the room was full of warm and helpful tips everywhere!
