Bliss International Hotel

Special thanks to supervisor Jingjing for the free upgrade to a family suite because we were traveling with our child. Customer service agent Zhang Haixia was also incredibly helpful in arranging late-night snacks for us. The breakfast was very generous, and the hotel is super close to all the attractions. Highly recommend!

The hotel service was excellent. The environment was very clean, and the hygiene was top-notch. They thoughtfully installed a bed rail for my baby to prevent falls, which was very considerate. When we were leaving, we ran into a staff member named Haixia. She was very warm and even gave my baby a souvenir, which made my baby very happy. The service was impeccable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was fantastic, and the service was thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. It was a pleasant trip, and the hotel's attention to detail was excellent, with thoughtful touches everywhere. I was genuinely touched by the warmth. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to Weihai Station was superb, with a luxurious car for transport.

I booked a one-night stay here and the staff asked if I was a fan of celebrities. I feel this denies my basic rights as a consumer. Also, there were ants in the hotel, which I could tolerate, but being verbally insulted as a paying customer was truly unacceptable.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and Hanlefang. They also offer free bicycle rentals. The service is warm and friendly, and everyone is dedicated. When we left clothes behind, they immediately contacted us and helped us ship them, which we greatly appreciate. If some details could be improved, it would further enhance its image as a 5-star hotel. For example: the room cleaning wasn't thorough enough (there were dropped invoices and medicine tubes under the bed). The bathtub drain was clogged. The pool didn't have towels or a swimsuit spinner, making it feel more like a public pool than a hotel amenity. There were no instructions for electronic devices like the TV in the room.

This hotel is great! The environment is lovely, the room is very spacious, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options that all taste delicious. It's located right in the city center, which is super convenient for getting anywhere.

From the warm service and high-end amenities to the well-equipped pool and gym, everything felt just right and exquisitely refined. As for value for money, it truly delivers!

It was my family member's birthday during our stay, and the service exceeded our expectations. Someone helped us with our luggage when we checked in and out, and fresh fruit was replenished daily. Our child even received a kite and beach toys. All the towels in the room were disinfected and sealed, which made us feel very at ease using them. I'd like to specially mention Hai Xia Jie and Jing Jing – their service attitude was superb. Hai Xia Jie decorated the room for the birthday, and the swan towel art was incredibly lifelike. Jing Jing thoughtfully sent us a guide to touring Weihai. The moment we checked out, we regretted not booking a few more days!
