The hotel rooms are spacious compared to most others. The interior is simple but new and clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is great and has everything you would expect. The staff is very friendly and refreshingly flexible and fast. Overall an excellent deal!

Clean and spacious room. Excellent location for us. Connected to Rhein Center shopping centre. Right next to Three Countries Bridge.

A very good experience  The hotel is in the sixth floor of a shopping center so it haves a lot of facilities. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. The parking was free of charge and the staff very friendly. Recommend!

Lifts of parking area was not worked. So with luggage you have to walk too much to reach in Hotel reception. I don’t recommend to stay again .

Over all experience, was good and smooth. Location was really nice. But room was not very clean, looks like was not used from long time. Dustbin had old used tissues and lots of hairs, I.e was not cleaned. Tissue paper was very limited and cups, glasses, tea was for two people even tho we were three.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and the room was very spacious. I had asked for a queen bed, and the two single beds provided were (thus) already placed together when I checked in- however, it's uncomfortable to sleep across. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a desk with a chair at which I could work. All the amenities were provided and my stay was very pleasant indeed.

I stayed at this hotel yesterday, and after my first night, I was bitten by multiple bedbugs. I found live, moving bedbugs on the bed, and when I crushed them, blood came out of them. (In other words, they had bitten us and ****** our blood.) When we checked in, there were no blood stains on the bedding, but they only started to appear after we discovered and killed the bedbugs. This clearly indicates that the bedbugs were already living inside the room. Immediately after reporting the problem, the hotel simply moved us to the next room, and did not perform any professional disinfection measures, laundry, or inspection of the room. Instead, the hotel claimed that we had "brought" the bedbugs in, avoiding responsibility. However, when bedbugs are introduced from outside sources, it's rare for multiple adult bedbugs to be found on the bed the first night, or for serious bites to occur immediately. The fact that multiple bites occurred on the first night, as in this case, indicates that the bedbugs had been living in the room for a long time. There was also a similar review seven months ago, claiming "bedbug bites." The hotel was aware of the problem but failed to address it. This experience was so severe that it significantly disrupted my entire trip (I could barely sleep yesterday, and I couldn't do anything today). Even after reporting the incident, the hotel's response was extremely inadequate. I believe a thorough investigation and hygiene management are absolutely necessary to prevent this from happening again. I had to throw away my pajamas and buy new clothes. I also had to buy medication. If you're considering this hotel, please be sure to check the hygiene issues and how the hotel handles them.

This hotel is located inside a shopping center. Our room overlooked the Rhine River. It was a bit of a walk from the parking lot, but the location and value for money were excellent.

The hotel is located at the junction of France, Germany and Switzerland. The parking lot is on the 6th and 7th floors of a large shopping mall's public parking lot. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor. To check in, you need to go down from the parking lot to the E floor and take the hotel's dedicated elevator.

My stay was bad because the room smelled very strongly of a mixture of cold tobacco and perfume to camouflage this smell. It seems that smoking in the rooms is a habit given the number of cigarette butts I saw on the windowsills that must not be cleaned often. Hotel to avoid if you have a lot of luggage because the parking lot and the hotel are not in the same building so you park on the 6th floor of a parking lot from which you have to go down and then walk to another entrance where you can access the hotel.

Good value for money, there is everything you need, restaurant, bar...

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will stay here again next time I come.
