首先位置非常好，就在南詔衚衕裏，步行去古城中心也就十幾二十分鐘。
環境：我們住的中院，整個外部環境像很久沒人活動的樣子，地面有青苔，牆面膩子多處受潮剝落，甚至牆縫裡還有一個廢棄的馬蜂窩。房間隔音效果特別差，樓下吃燒烤的鬧騰到4點，吵死了。
衞生：入住時可能剛打掃完吧，衞生間還有水漬。

房間陳舊，衞生差，牆上、燈上全是灰塵，外環境差，吵鬧、燒烤煙味重，半夜一兩點還在唱歌，房間裏還有難聞的氣味。勉強住了一晚，趕緊搬走。

衞生間沖水聲音大，持續時間長，打電話給前台，前台説請人維修卻遲遲沒有動靜。酒店提供的一次性牙具裏面的牙膏已經幹了，不知道為什麼沒有及時替換。但前台的寄存服務還不錯。
