房間臨國道，晚上各種大車非常吵。前台拽的不要不要的，換個房間又給換到臨國道的，一問是不是弄錯了，她來個“我哪知道，又沒上去過”，震驚了，一個酒店住宿前台不知道房間窗户朝向，開什麼國際玩笑，前台是酒店的門面呀，這且不説，難道我花錢是來這看你臉色？還是讓你給我上課？ 避雷吧。

房間衞生不合格，淋浴間有上個顧客的煙灰，淋浴花灑是壞的，半夜被蚊子咬醒，打電話給前台有沒有驅蚊的，前台表示沒有，也沒有解決的辦法，
