We were 3 adults + 1 child (10) in a family room with view to the street and we liked it very much. The room was clean and spacious with a small kitchen, which we however didn't use as we had breakfast included in the price. The breakfast was a fantastic buffet with everything that one could ask for. All in all we had a fantastic stay!

To be honest we were a bit disappointed with our choice of hotel. Staff at check-in did not offer any assistance at all while we were juggling lack of parking, small children & a lot of luggage. In room dining options were extremely limited & the tray we left outside our room mid evening was still there the next morning. Check out staff showed no interest at all in how our stay had been- not really what we would expect from a hotel such as this.

Pluses: the location, good breakfast.
Minuses: no parking available, one receptionist while there was constantly a line of people, carpet in the room needed some serious deep cleaning, in the bathroom, I had an empty box of soap and one!!! whole Kleenex in the box.
Overall, a disappointment for the money paid.
