The hotel was fine. ********* should not advertise breakfast included, when midweek it is not. The hotel kindly provided breakfast when we pointed out you had advertised it. Also very unhappy with your link to Tesco vouchers. We had to use your specific booking channel to use our Tesco vouchers, which cost nearly twice as much as if I had booked it directly myself. This rendered the vouchers almost valueless as far as we were concerned. So, in summary, hotel very nice, but not happy with the elements linked to you.

Room was gorgeous, very peaceful, and lovely bath and shower. Pub was super, and the staff attentive and helpful when needed. Pub had a great range of local beers and spirits too, and there was a lovely atmosphere in the pub in the evening.

Quiet, beautifully decorated large room. Gorgeous bathroom with high quality toiletries. Comfy cosy bed and lovely tea and fresh coffee. Would definitely stay again!

Only a continental breakfast available which was limited. The bedroom was spacious and newly refurbished. It had everything we needed. Great location for Wells centre.

Loved this place. The decor and cleanliness were outstanding. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring Wells and Tucker Street car park at £4 for 24 hours was a bonus.
