Worse hotel ever will never recommend people to stay there It’s said on the trip.com is free cancellation so guys be careful they are scammer’s My experience with them was very bad they still holding my refund I don’t think it’s a good place to stay

Staff is very nice and the room is quiet and comfy, good location, close to Wells Cathedral and city centre.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely. The location is perfect - literally over the road from the cathedral. We had a great stay.

Actually I want to go Glastonbury  But this hotel is in Wells so I have to take 24 minutes bus to go and return  Not very convenient. Hotel room is clean and have bathtub which is comfortable but inside room wifi and data is poor … can say cannot use if you don’t need wifi and data which is good for you can rest sleep early.

Friendly service; clean room and bathroom. Nothing wrong with it really except that I was expecting a HOTEL based on the pictures and certainly the price! The location is great but be aware that this an INN with rooms attached at the back. Breakfast not included (costs £15 extra). Location great right in front of the cathedral but no parking. A good, comfortable stay but overpriced fro what it was and the time of year (mid-October).

Very friendly and welcoming, accommodating staff who are helpful with requests and a fab location right in the centre. Nice breakfasts. Rooms are exceptional value, albeit some areas / parts of the rooms are a little rough around the edges. Would definitely visit again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very nice hotel with friendly staffs.

The room and staff were lovely. Unfortunately the breakfast which I had thought was in luded was not and at £15 expensive...Our room had a constant loud banging noise all night from the balcony roof so we had no sleep.
