4.7/ 5Outstanding+Air conditioner was but noisy whirring noise +Pillows are so uncomfortable really soft and your head dissappear inside it. I couldn't sleep 3 nights. The mattress also was not great. +not any great views from bedrooms +windows don't open at all +breakfast was standard acceptable +hotel was very clean +not really any communal areas to sit around. +sky bar on 9th floor was good views overlooking Wembley +start were very polite and accommodating +room service needs to be requested but is high quality +swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all great facilities but needs pre booking slot annoyingly. Max 1hour +gym is acceptable and very new quality equipment +location in the middle of Wembley shopping park so lots all around +not much greenery anywhere.

4.5/ 5ExcellentVery nice hotel in a great location (right next to Wembley Stadium, London Designer Outlet, several eateries and a short walk from Wembley Park Station with its Jubilee and Metropolitan line trains into Central London). Room was clean and in good condition with a nice big bed. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. Buffet breakfast offered a lot of choice indeed and Eva and Anita were both very helpful and welcoming in the restaurant. The pool, steam room and sauna facilities were easy to book and the gym/pool team were friendly and helpful in doing this. The one thing which could be improved was the fact that you can't put anything in your room fridge as it is packed full of minibar items. This wasn't a huge issue, but it would have been nice to have a bit of shelf space in there to store some water on a hot day. Also, it would have been helpful to have a minibar menu clearly displayed, as the QR code which you scan in your room to get the food menu does not have prices for the minibar drinks on it. Thus, I avoided taking any drinks from the minibar as I wasn't sure of the exact prices. Would go back to this hotel if I end up in the area in the future as it was a very relaxing experience.

Haven't found the right hotel yet?
Service was good although the staff were hard to hear as they were mumbling through redundant face masks. The hotel itself is magnificent. The breakfast is amazing. The wifi is poor. The Sky bar is a bit odd - you have to download a menu that takes ages because of the poor wifi, so I ended up just walking to the bar and asking for a pint of lager. I feel sorry for the staff because they're having to tiptoe around these daft social distancing measures that have clearly been implemented by those in the ivory towers that don't understand the 'people' side of hospitality. But then again I feel a bit sorry for them too as they will no doubt feel pressure to 'do the right thing' and maintain the fear game that global governments are continuing to play.
