The staff was brilliant at helping us along our way. Seriously my only slight negative about the stay is maybe the parking a Ali less for hotel guest, not enough disabled bays for visitors and guests

Premier Inn are always good value - comfy beds and clean rooms. What was particularly good value is the dinner/breakfast combo which I had not had before. It worked out really well. Staff here were helpful and friendly at all times. The only negative comment I would make is that they not use such cheap loo roll. It is so small and thin you end up using yards of it - I'm sure it can't save that much as you have to use so much!

We stayed at this Premier Inn for 1 night on 24th March on a stopover to Cornwall. The location is perfect for exploring Plymouth. Parking was £6 for 24 hours which is fairly good for a city centre location. When we initially got to our room (303), it was too hot. We immediately opened the window, however the road noise was very loud so resorted to the Air Conditioning. This clearly hadn't been serviced in a while as when it was on it made the sound of water trickling regularly. So we substituted an average night sleep with having the window open and the loud road noise. The shower and hand basin was pretty much pointless. The hand basin tap had an awful flow of pressure with a small squirt coming out. Removing the pressure reducer resolved this issue. However the shower pressure was ridiculous, to the point it didn't remove shampoo from the hair. The WiFi as others have said was practically useless, I upgraded to ultimate WiFi and the speed was below 1mb p/s across Android, Windows & iOS Devices. As for the bedroom cleanliness, it wasn't great - hairs in the shower and markings on the pillow. On checkout, team members were more interested in having a discussion at the reception desk than offering a "Thankyou, Goodbye" to guests. We wouldn't choose to return to this Premier Inn in the future.

I have stayed at lots of Premier Inns. I choose this one for location and it said premier plus rooms. We didn’t have a premier plus room. Our family room was smallest I’ve had. The beds were all touching. And barely any other room. Bedside usb were broken. Not enough glasses or towels for everyone Breakfast was ok. Not quite normal standard and smaller choice than had at others. It was very quiet. Staff we saw were nice. But I wouldn’t stay in this one again with my three kids purely for the size of rooms being so small

Very clean. Comfy bed. Fluffy towels. Exceptional service staff were very attentive and helpful. 1st class breakfast, cooked well and hot. Sutton Harbour is the best Premier Inn we have stayed at. Never any problems. Always book thus one.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and really enjoy the updated premier rooms with the little extras. The staff are always amazing and offer a great welcome. We eat in the house one evening and the service and meal were great. As we have stayed there many times we noticed that the land in front of the hotel overlooking the harbour is soon to be built on, one of the young girls on reception said that it is going to be a skyscraper which will sadly block out the view from the rooms on that side of the hotel overlooking the barbican area of Plymouth. such a shame. Hopefully this won't stop people booking the hotel as no one wants to look out of a window and see a concrete building. We are returning in September and can't wait. Thank you

We had a great stay at Sutton Harbour. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a great location for visiting the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. I would like to mention Charlotte who was extra helpful, friendly and kind. I feel she went above and beyond what was expected of her. During dinner my mother in law mentioned her room was cold, Charlotte overhead this and kindly offered to go to the room and turn the heating up. The room was lovely and warm on our return. Thank you Charlotte.

Our stay at the Sutton Harbour Premier Inn was made special by the lovely staff member Charlotte, who was friendly, helpful efficient and very professional from the moment we checked in. We chose the evening meal offer, when Charlotte seemed to be doing the jobs of several people and yet she explained our options clearly. The food was really enjoyable as was the G&T!

We’ve had excellent service at this Premier during our 3 night stay, celebrating x2 70th birthdays with friends. Great welcome on reception from Keaton, who gave us suggestions and tips for where to go and what to see on our first visit to Plymouth. And we’ve eaten in the restaurant this evening, on Premier’s excellent-value 2 course evening meal+drink+breakfast offer. All enjoyed our food. A BIG shout out for Charlotte, who really has looked after us superbly: restaurant pretty full and she’s still ensured nobody has been kept waiting; and checked with us at each course (we had 3!) that all was satisfactory and if we needed anything. She really has worked hard. Thank you Charlotte.
