酒店沒有一個保安，車位就在馬路邊，最讓人不爽的是房間連紙巾都沒有，牙刷太硬。整層都是空房，門都打開，一出電梯給人一種恐懼感。房間空調開16度都不怎麼涼。

我入住過那麼多酒店的去哪兒網高級會員，從來沒碰過這麼誇張的事情，酒店沒有備註不可攜帶寵物，衹因為我帶了寵物，然後不好好和我溝通非常兇的辱罵我，然後最主要的是不經過我同意就直接打開我的房門，離之大譜，安全差，服務差，什麼都差。

入住第一天喊前台過來搞衞生，前台説服務員病了，沒人搞衞生，我表示理解衹回答了哦，我夠好説話了。然後都是自己搞的衞生。第三天聽到我的狗叫聲，就瘋狂敲門，我回答了幹什麼誰啊，我沒給他開門，他沒有經過我的允許就硬開門，我當時還沒穿衣服，就私自硬打開門了，太嚇人了，還好沒整個人進來，接着繼續罵我，對我説他這裏不是狗窩，我説酒店上面並沒有寫不可以帶寵物，他還很兇的説我幹嘛要寫，然後還兇我，我説我是顧客，你這樣硬開門是侵犯私隱權，不可以帶狗你和我好好或者前台打電話和我説，然後他還是完全沒覺得自己錯，一直在掰扯，兇我罵我，説你帶牛帶羊巴拉巴拉，我出差全國各地住過各種酒店，第一次碰到這種顧客不同意開門，還硬開門的酒店。超級可怕拉。
