CITY COMFORT HOTEL PREMER

Breakfast should served at 7am, but nothing is ready at 7am, waited till 730am only can start to take breakfast. Not advise to purchase breakfast ticket if you are catching early morning train.

Hotel looks new and is very clean. It has a nice view of the river and there are a few coffee shops around for meals. The staff was very friendly as well. Recommended!

We stayed a night at the hotel, the room we stayed was clean and hygiene, the front desk lady is so helpful and friendly.We so happy Trip.com provided free hotel breakfast and the hotel breakfast has various choice and delicious. We also tried the famous Lao Pa Cha just 200m nearby the hotel. We have good stayed at the hotel.

In wenchang,this is considered a newer hotel. The breakfast spread is good. But has to make sure that when you check out,the front desk has done it well as we encountered problem when we check in another hotel in sanya and discovered that the city comfort hotel staff didn't check out for us through their computer so we couldn't check in into another hotel in sanya until we called them to do so. Wasted quite a bit of time for them to do so on the phone.

The Wenchang room was specious and modern and cheap at 200 yuan, compared with Sanya at 300 yuan with much older facilities. There were no mosquitos or bugs encountered and the linens were spotting white. Can only smell a little tobacco smoke in the lift, but it never permeates the bedroom. I did not experience any noise or disturbances from outside the room. The buffet was cheap at 19 yuan with a wide varieties of food. There is a fast food restaurant next door and another further down the same road, about 50m away. A big chicken & egg pau plus a big pot of tea cost 8 yuan. Very cheap indeed. If travelling on your own, a scooter ride will be the most convenient, on average 10 yuan. Just go to the nearest main road and there will be one within 5 mins. However, looking for a cab will be difficult and I would suggest using Weixin (WeChat) to do so. I failed to do it due to my foreign card being blocked and I had to use the scooter taxis. Receptionists and cleaners are very helpful and would order taxis, gave me directions and suggested the restaurants to go to. One even looked after my washing without asking. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed in the City Comfort Hotel Premer from 16/8/23-19/8/23. Hotel location is very near to many good eateries, shops and supermarkets. Hotel receptionist, Ms Shi Chian Wu is very helpful, patient and guide us through all our 3 nights' stay in Wenchang. The only thing I was not satisfied with the noises made by other rooms throughout the 3 nights. Noises would only stopped after 2 am in the morning.

The room was clean, very comfortable and the staff was kind and nice. We booked it for a night but we ended up staying three nights. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Wenchang city.
