It feels bad, the hotel is very old, the key is that the KTV on the 2nd floor is too noisy and I can't sleep at all at night. The breakfast is also very poor, will never go again.

這個酒店算是意外，定的是文成的高級酒店，但是到了房間發現大床房衹有1.5米寬，詢問了服務員説是四樓大床房分配完了，衹有三樓的，但是二樓又是KTV.很吵，衹能給我5樓的小床了，晚上還是被吵醒了，這個酒店設施真是一言難盡，與星級不匹配，服務員的態度也不敢恭維，不推薦入住

1、8月6號晚上入住前台服務員的態度好像我欠了她好多錢沒還，2、到了房間看了一下老舊了，3，房間的被套，裏面的被子的顏色就不多説了，4、最重要的這麼熱的天，空調效果真是醉了，我想讓酒店的負責人，自己去住一晚看看。5、不是太遲了，又有孩子就退房了。

和朋友一起出去玩定的酒店。
設施：設施齊全，酒店免費停車，不過希望保安有點禮貌。
衞生：衞生還可以，挺乾淨，不過洗澡的時候發現沒有沐浴露，希望阿姨可以及時添加一下沐浴露。
環境：2樓有一個KTV，晚上有點吵，希望酒店可以協商一下或者是怎樣，太吵了。
服務：夜班前台的服務人員態度不太好，但是早晨退房服務員態度很好。
