Excellent value for money! The hotel is brand new, only opened in 2024, and the facilities are very well maintained. The service was impeccable. I booked a Mountain View Hot Spring Room, and the concierge proactively messaged me on WeChat to arrange an upgrade to a Cloud Mountain Room. I also booked a package that included dinner, which was a buffet with a mini hot pot. There was a singer performing with a beautiful voice, creating a great atmosphere. The hot spring pools were clean with minimal fallen leaves, and the gym was uncrowded with top-notch equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was much more spacious than I imagined, and the newly renovated design was incredibly stylish and luxurious, with exquisite details throughout, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the hotel's proactive and complimentary room upgrade, which greatly enhanced my experience. I must commend the hot spring experience! The private hot spring bath in my room was amazing, offering perfect privacy. Soaking in the warm tub completely relaxed me, erasing all fatigue. The public hot spring area also boasted a wide variety of pools, making for a very enjoyable soak. However, there were slightly insufficient staff in the hot spring area during peak season; more staff would have made it even more perfect. A special thank you to Xiao Zhang at the front desk. His service was warm and professional, check-in was efficient, and he patiently answered all my questions, making for a fantastic experience overall. Overall, it's great value for money, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and the details were very well done. It was the largest king-size bed I've ever seen, and I slept very comfortably. The front desk staff were also very nice. The private hot tub in the room was so relaxing, and it faced the TV perfectly, so I could soak and watch TV at the same time. I would definitely come back next time.
