整體非常破舊，衞生情況堪憂。
1.房間有異味，一進門就一股腳臭味，久久不能消散
2. 比較臟，地面上污漬較多（圖4）
3. 空調打開一股黴味，根本用不了，空調下面的牆面上都是污漬
4. 每天衹有兩瓶水，額外需要水需要付費，在温嶺住過這麼多酒店，沒有有一家是這樣的，真的大開眼界了
5.千萬不要選內窗，內窗外面直接就是走廊，開的話房間裏説話聲音裏面聽的一清二楚，不開的話又很悶。

隔音很差，根本沒地方停車。衞生間一股尿騷味很噁心。床頭燈關不掉，一晚亮着沒法睡。房間很悶空調壞的根本不能開，想開窗對着馬路吵不説，紗窗壞的怕蟲子什麼進來。晚上入住前台2個女孩態度很好，第二天早上退房就換了個高冷一族，原先對這家破舊的為一的好映象也盪然無存。600多房費不值。也就200標準，趁着節日哄抬物價。

臨時當天預訂，交通很便利，離温嶺站打車約30分鐘，但是在市中心位置。周邊出行吃飯很方便。酒店外觀真的，一言難盡，哈哈哈，破破爛爛的，但是裏面可以的。對得起價格。整潔衞生。服務也不錯。好評！

我這種懶人是難得評論的，這家酒店是特別滿意，所以特意上來評論一下。這個酒店最滿意的地方是特別乾淨，收拾衞生的小姐姐特別認真，態度也很好，都是戴着手套仔仔細細地在擦，每個房間都是花了好多時間。早飯都很配胃口，粥配鹹鴨蛋還有榨菜吃了好多。

和朋友一起台州行，在温嶺住一夜。點評上綜合比較，選了評分最高的這家。當天據説訂出的房間很多，，服務很細緻。房間簡單乾淨。同行有小朋友，所以衞生間搞濕後用紙巾擦了下，地面很於凈，説明清潔還是挺到位的。

比較滿意的酒店，附近有很多好吃的，地理位置也很好，地鐵站走路幾分鐘到酒店，石夫人也很近，，離石塘海邊遠一點，，樓下旁邊一條街吃的，前面還有小吃街，不過關門挺早，前台小姐姐人也超級的好，推薦旅遊的小姐姐小哥哥
