It's a very local hotel which is definitely a super convenient place to stay in GaoYan for Zhejiang trail hikers. The price is ok, there is no sea view. But there is a wonderful local restaurant across the street where they serve a good variety of vegan options. Simply amazing.

The owner and his mother are very welcoming. The room was cleaned very well, and you had to change into slippers when going up from the first floor. There is a small restaurant at the door of the B&B, so it is convenient to eat. It is not far from the Shuitong'ao hiking route, about 7 kilometers. Driving is still very convenient. It would be better if the boss could make the mattress softer. Friends who like to sleep on soft beds say that this mattress is very hard. I hope I can sleep on a soft mattress next time I come 😂😂😂

民宿沒有停車位，住宿條件設施都很差，一進房間就一股臭臭的味道撲面而來，房間櫥櫃內堆滿了自用的被子什麼的，沒有房卡，也沒有鑰匙，出門房間都沒辦法鎖上，梳子不是一次性的，衞生間的馬桶也是壞的，坐便圈都在晃動，真的是“名副其實”的海景房！老闆開了一家飯店叫沙灘飯店，説住宿在他那吃飯可以打折，我們點了六個菜花了四百多，老闆給摸了零頭算四百，而且價格都是老闆説了算，都沒有明碼標價。晚上在民宿對面的聽海閣飯店同樣點了六個菜花了280，而且人家都是明碼標價，國慶假期也沒漲價！

體驗感極差住過很多名宿這個是最差的房間又小剛進門就聞到一股臭味房間枕頭套一個是黃色的空調裏面都發黴了還有很多灰層連紙巾都沒有的廁所用的居然都是草紙梳子也不是一次性的上樓還要求換他們不是一次性的拖鞋試問別人穿過誰敢穿幸虧帶了一次性四件套不然根本躺不進去睡覺出門居然鎖不了門一點安全感都沒有的老闆還有一家沙灘飯店剛到老闆就説去他那裡吃飯給打折結果被宰六個菜四百多塊尤其蝦餅58元沒有明碼標價主打一個老闆一口價晚上去其他店吃了蝦餅結果人家38元真的是坑坑心太黑了不知道這麼多好評哪裡來的避雷吧避雷吧避雷吧！

從温嶺市區直接坐214B可以到民宿的門口，步行衹需要兩分鐘，交通很方便，民宿對面有餐廳，各種價位都有，房間裝修很新，硬件屬於賓館級別，房間無異味乾淨，裝修很新，全木地板，老闆娘非常熱情，講話雖有口音但很和善，有着當地人的淳樸善良，幫着介紹當地景區，給初來乍到的我帶來了很多方便，非常值得信賴

設施完善，性價比超高，wifi給力，環境不錯，地理位置非常好，附近逛街吃飯很方便，房間很好非常喜歡，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，整體還是十分舒適的。室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房問隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。
