Echarm Hotel (Wenling Songmen)

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Right at the crossroads, you'll find popular shops like Guming Tea, Luckin Coffee, and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. In the evenings, there are even delicious BBQ stalls nearby. Convenient basement parking is also available. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, generous, and incredibly thoughtful. During our two-day stay, whenever we left, they would kindly ask if we'd like our room serviced. The front desk also conveniently offers ice and complimentary tea, which was a very practical and welcome amenity. There's even a grand piano in the lobby; my daughter spontaneously decided to play a tune, which added a lovely touch of fun. The hotel provides breakfast, and while the variety isn't as extensive as a five-star hotel's, there's certainly enough to enjoy a satisfying meal. Additionally, there are many delicious restaurants nearby worth exploring.

The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional! With thoughtful touches like USB charging ports, a smart toilet, and electric curtains, the overall experience was truly outstanding. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable! I slept soundly until I naturally woke up, with no trouble at all adjusting to a new bed. My sleep quality was absolutely perfect!

Traveling with the whole family, the family suite was incredibly convenient, allowing us all to stay together comfortably. It came equipped with a mini-fridge and a small kitchenette, perfect for those who wanted to cook. We brought our own cookware, bought fresh seafood from the local market, and prepared it ourselves. Enjoying a little drink with family, it truly felt like home. When we didn't feel like going out, we could play mahjong or simply relax with a cup of tea at the in-room tea corner – very pleasant and cozy. The hotel's location was fantastic, with dining options and a supermarket right next door. It was also conveniently close to all the main attractions. We ended up staying for two consecutive nights because our visiting relatives lived nearby, which made it super easy to meet up and chat. When we checked out, we accidentally left some of our child's belongings behind. The hotel even offered SF Express shipping service to mail them to us, which was truly amazing service!

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family trip to Shitang Town, Wenling, boasting a very convenient location. As we were driving, most attractions were within a 30-minute reach, and it even offers a complimentary underground parking lot. What truly impressed us was its excellent value for money. The hotel service was fantastic; the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, living up to a three-star standard. The facilities are relatively new, featuring smart rooms. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, making it very convenient for dining and shopping, and there's even a large foot massage spa nearby.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very quick upon arrival, and they proactively explained the WiFi password, breakfast procedure, and the location of the laundry room and gym. The laundry room provided free laundry detergent powder and pods. Breakfast vouchers were also provided, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I loved the hotel. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent.
