第一次來普者黑，不知道怎麼玩，我在網上找了幾家做對比，最中選擇了這家兮兮湖景酒店，酒店不很好，服務很到位，酒店提前打電話告知怎麼到還是很貼心，從高鐵站從酒店22公里，交通還是方便的，進酒店很有感覺，走進大廳有鮮花，好香，看得出來管理者很用心，管理者應該是一個女士，大廳有鮮花很有靈氣，早餐比較簡單，不過能吃飽在當地來説已經算很好，總體來説，雲南的民宿做的還是比較好的，但是普者黑對於我來説是我這一路來走的住的最舒服的一家，我住過很多民宿，衹有這一家像家一樣，有賓至如歸的感覺，服務人員很好，相處服務都很好，所有員工都是客客氣氣的，這次來呢，剛好碰巧他們在改造公共區域，相信改造完以後會更好，會推薦朋友來的

這個酒店導航過來也走了兩遍才找到，可能是觀湖景位置的緣故。酒店大堂和餐廳設計開放友好，問起旅遊景點也熱情詳實的介紹，半躺在在房間陽台的椅子上可以看到水中嬉戲的野鴨，以及不遠處的山色。
鄰水房間淋浴房牆外的踢腳線處有點黴痕，晚上感覺房間有點潮，到中央空調給力，温度和濕度沒有不適感。喝茶的裝備略單薄，紗門有點破損關不嚴，其他都好。

房間乾淨，有很強的民族風，房間非常寬敞，窗外就是多依樹梯田，看日出🌅看梯田方便，愜意。餐食美味地道，服務到位，老闆提前打電話告訴具體地址和預訂晚飯，送當地的橘子🍊並幫助拿行李。總之，很愉快的住店體驗。

全國各地的民宿去了不少，這一家民宿的服務真是讓我們打心底感到暖心。從羅平至普者黑，路途遙遠，老公駕車有點疲勞。在進入普者黑村的鄉道，一不留神車子沖進路旁的土溝，車底被大石頭卡住了。慌亂之間撥打了民宿的電話，店長特別熱心，詢問了我們的具體情況，耐心地安撫我們不要着急，並第一時間趕到現場，給身處異鄉，人生地不熟的我們莫大的安全感。拖車、剷土、推車，嘗試了好多方法，歷經一個多小時了好不容易才把車輛救援上來。民宿的位置特別好，就在湖旁邊，從房間都可以一覽美麗的湖景，再泡上一壺好茶，真是愜意十足。為了讓我們玩得省心，店長還特意為我們規劃了精品線路，在湖上泛舟、于山頂遠眺、在三生三世取景地發呆，這樣的時光真是美好！難忘普者黑的美景和這裏熱心淳樸的人，兮院湖景度假酒店、熊哥，我們還會再來的！

整個普者黑村都在一片修建的工地中，這家民宿已經算村子裏比較大的酒店了，老闆很熱情，行李都幫忙搬運，也指導我們怎麼玩景區， 就是淡季很多店和項目都不開，一天把整個景區溜達了一遍，性價比不高

服務態度非常好，體驗感滿分，玩得也開心，酒店早餐也挺好吃的，當地居民都很樸素，房間環境也一級棒，就是複式的房型，因為屋頂是三角尺設計，靠裡麪的位置起床真的很容易碰到頭，能貼點海綿在頭頂就更好了
