The room is relatively small and the sound insulation effect of the room is not good. I am really speechless when loading and unloading work in the middle of the night.

Although the room is a little smaller, the lighting is still bright, and sleeping in the street view room is still very quiet, because after nightfall, there are basically no vehicles passing by on the road downstairs. There is a slight smell from the floor drain in the bathroom, but you can't smell it in the sleeping room and it doesn't affect your mood. Front desk and floor service are doing a great job.

This is the first time I came to Wenzhou to stay in a hotel with my daughter. I looked at many hotels and finally chose this hotel to book a double bed. The environment is okay, clean and tidy, but the rooms are a little bit small and the price is average.

Everything you need is there. Parking is easy. Charging is especially convenient when driving a tram. The charging station is right next to the hotel.

The environment is elegant, clean, quiet and not noisy. This is the hotel every time. It’s a comfortable stay. I will patronize this hotel next time.

1. Disadvantages: I booked two rooms. The sanitary hardware facilities in the rooms on the 5th floor are worse than those on the 3rd floor, and the double standards are also small. If the exhaust fan in the toilet is broken, it is not suitable for those who are particular about it. People who are not particularly particular about it will just stay here. 2. Advantages: During the National Day, the price is more affordable than other hotels: 196 for 10.3 nights and 175 for 10.4 nights (just over 100 on weekdays). Next to Meimei Fashion Plaza, Jiushan Gymnasium, Jiushan Park... The surrounding shops include Jiushan Rice Balls, Dengzhan Cake downstairs (similar to Fujian Sea Oyster Fried Pancake, which does not have oysters but adds eggs and meat), etc. To go to Jiangxin Island, Wuma Street, Zhu Ziqing’s former residence, and Mochi Park, it costs about 10 yuan to take a Didi taxi. To go to Wutian Old Street, it costs about 20 yuan to take a Didi taxi.
