My friend booked this hotel for me while I I traveled to Wenzhou to meet a group of people. I was told this was a five star hotel. I took a screen shot online and sent it to her. The name of the hotel is in Chinese. My friend could not find this hotel on English website. So she searched by location and found this one , the picture and the address were exactly the same as the one I sent it to her. But it’s not hotel , it’s apartment . Anyway she booked it for me. When I got there , I found out this tower did have 5 star hotel in the lower floor between 1-24. The apartments were on the higher floor. They had separate entrance and front desk. It’s weird. Obviously the hotel’s front desk looked luxurious. I checked in my room , it had nice views. The room is big and clean. Next morning I went to the hotel to have breakfast, pay extra 68 yuan. Also tour the hotel. Their rooms were bigger and looked nicer. You pay what you get. I paid half of their price for the room. The other people from the group laughed at lme how I booked 3 star apartment in 5 star hotel property.

This hotel is so close to Wenzhou South Station. You can see the word ”Wenzhou South” in the room. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. The room is clean and brightly lit. The breakfast includes white rice porridge with some pickles, two kinds of fried noodles, eggs... Although the variety is simple, the quality is good. There was a small pothos plant in the room. I saw that one leaf was dry, so I cut it off. Then I saw that there was no drop of water in the vase. It is not recommended for sleepers to stay here, mainly because of the following two points. 1. Around 8 o'clock in the morning, the phone kept ringing in the hallway, waking everyone up. On the day of check-in, I was told that I wanted a quieter environment and arranged for a higher floor, which was considerate. However, the sound of phone calls and calls in the early morning was really troublesome! 2. The curtains in the room were too short to block the sun's rays. After being woken up, I could no longer fall asleep. This was really troublesome for a sleeper like me, so I had to take this photo for evaluation. BTW, the lady and brother at the front desk were very nice. Check-in was smooth and they even gave us fruits. Suggestion: Can the curtains in the room be lengthened or add a layer of blackout curtains? The shading effect is better. There shouldn't be many people checking in in the morning. Can the cleaning work be carried out after 9:30? I am really tired after traveling for business. I hope to have a quiet environment suitable for sleeping.
