We stay overnight and loved the room. Was corner room, big, clean and bright. However it was terrible cold when we arrived and even after few hours. We recommend to management to pre-heat the rooms during auch cold days to give some more comfort to customers.

Ich habe die Bewertungen davor gelesen und war misstrauisch. Die Zimmer wurden renoviert Bäder neu Teppiche neu im Zimmer wie auf den Flur. Waren sehr zufrieden konnten abends die Sauna für uns ganz alleine nutzen super . Also ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

2 statt 1 Stern - weil wir das Frühstück nicht bewerten konnten, da wir 2h nach dem einchecken wieder abgereist sind. Der Teppich zu den Zimmern alleine spricht Bände - diese Art „Sauberkeit“ ging im Zimmer weiter - daher die frühzeitige Abreise. Eventuell ist das Frühstück gut, die Lage ist wirklich gut, der Parkplatz in der Nähe und direkt für den Gast zugewiesen.

Unser Zimmer war geräumig, von der Einrichtung her schlicht, aber sehr gemütlich und penibel sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist top, nach ein paar Metern ist man mitten in der Wernigeroder Innenstadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse, für ein Hotel dieser Größe aussergewöhnlich. Zwar nicht überbordend groß, aber qualitativ und geschmacklich hervorragend - es fehlte an nichts! Der Service war außergewöhnlich gut - aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, stets freundlich! Pluspunkt: die kleine Sauna, die man zimmerweise reservieren kann, so dass man sein privates Saunavergnügen hat. Ein kleines Hotel zwar, aber mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor. Lädt förmlich zum Wiederkommen ein.
