Hilton App malfunctioned with a "it is not you, it is us" message and booked a room at this location - that I did not authorize. I attempted to contact the manager, Travis, for nearly 2-weeks - only being able to speak to the front desk person. He refused to even get on the phone with me, it is his policy and would not refund or allow for a future usage, as relayed by the front desk. This is not how you treat re-occuring customers. I will never stay there again. Hilton ended up making it right, however I don't recommend this location due to this treatment.
