Staff is very accommodating. I called early to let them know I would be arriving late. They checked me in ahead and when I arrived, they extended my checked out time due to very late arrival. Thanks.

First when we checked in we need a luggage cart. The receptionist stated they do not have it. So we carry our luggage on the 3rd floor. When we get to the room the refrigerator and phone was not working. They fixed the issue on the phone but not the refrigerator. We talked to the manager and receptionist 3x but until the day we checked out the refrigerator was not fix. Luckily we have a cooler to put ice for my husband insulin. No sense of urgency what so ever. We stayed for 8 days with no refrigerator. The front desk not so friendly either.

It was really nice, but the temperature in the room was hot then cold , that would be my only issue. The breakfast was good.

Very noisy as it is directly off the highway. Lots of loud intoxicated people throughout the night. Right next to Texas Roadhouse which is convenient. Staff are all friendly and helpful but they seem to be short staffed as no one was manning the front desk at check out time.

The hotel was over pretty clean, but the service in the front desk. I had to wait until the booking check in time and even after I checked in exactly the time it said I had to wait additionally 30 minutes at the lobby because he didn’t have any rooms cleaned, I can understand because it was the week of New Year’s but overall the room was clean. The bathroom is clean. The area is nice it’s convenient there’s a Walmart and Aldi.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and decorated for the holiday season.
The room was a neutrally pleasant and the bathroom looked like it had ungone a renovation but the bathtub had paint peeling already. Towels were appropriately fluffy for the hotel tier.
Breakfast wasn't earth shattering but fed you. Had eggs, sausages, and home fries in the warmer, waffles station, cereal and carbs. Fruit was lacking.
The room I booked was a double queen bed. My daughter took one bed and I had ended up with the one that sagged badly in the corner. Having driven most of the day, I slept anyways but woke up wobbly.
Would stay here again since we went to visit friends in the area and it was right off the highway and close to casual restaurants and grocery stores (Aldis/Walmart).
