Great location and lovely hotel staff. Allways makes you feel happy

The avant-garde room design, coupled with a service philosophy inconsistent with the hotel's class, destined this stay to be disappointing. The indifferent hotel staff made it feel like an immense honor to even exchange a single word with them. At first, I thought it was a case of different treatment for different races, but after checking hotel reviews on Yelp, I discovered that the hotel was surprisingly egalitarian in its approach to people, which at least offered some consolation. The hotel's location and room orientation meant that the view from the windows was practically nonexistent.

The location is very good, on West Hollywood Avenue. The only thing is that the lower floors are facing the street and it is a bit noisy. I originally lived on the 2nd floor. It was Friday and Saturday. There was a party downstairs and it was very noisy. Later, I helped move to a higher floor. The restaurant food was very fresh and delicious. The overall experience was good.

After checking out, I found that the earphones were left in the hotel. I went back to look for them. Even though I showed the signal to the staff that they were in the hotel, the response from the lost and found department was no 🤔

Very bad experience. Staff are very unwelcoming. The funniest thing is that it was very noisy for two consecutive days while maintenance work was done above my room. On the last night, there was noisy maintenance work late at night. I complained to the front desk but they asked me to wear earplugs to sleep? ! Speechless

Hotel No. 1 should be a new five-star hotel that has been emerging in recent years? The hotel is inspired by the original ecological design. The decoration of the lobby and rooms uses a lot of logs, which is very interesting. The location is very good. The hotel is on a hillside. The hotel's large terrace overlooks the entire city. The evening in LA is very beautiful. Only when I stayed here did I realize that West Hollywood is a boy town. The rainbow flags flying everywhere are also very interesting. Hahaha. Delicious food nearby. It’s a lot of fun and delicious food, and it’s not like there are so many homeless people in the city. I stayed there for five days and overall I felt very comfortable~ Oh yes, the breakfast in the hotel is very good. I tried almost every main dish on the menu. There are no thunderstorms, and the juice is also great. The hotel uses seasonal fruits from California. You must try it when you come to stay. I can't say enough about the coffee and tea, they're not tasty... There are also other flaws: for example, the cleaning staff didn't check the refrigerator, and there were unfinished drinks left by the previous guest in the refrigerator... The hotel is very new, but it's under maintenance Not so good. There were already large stains on the carpet... There was a waiter at the front desk who had a very bad attitude... There was also a collective strike by LA hotel employees, so the service was somewhat behind.

The ground, tabletops, and bedding are not cleaned up. Fold dirty towels and bath towels for guests to reuse.
