Excellent stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta! The room is clean and comfy and it’s so spacious. One thing you cannot miss is their buffet breakfast! Sumptuous and delicious food that can keep you full through lunch! 😎

Nice place to stay , unfortunately i forgot to take a picture about the room. But overall room was so clean and no smelly. Service was good as well, receptionist was so helpful and concierge the best.

Service was really good and the rooms were spacious comfortable. Location is also good with easy access to the old town. I have to say the breakfast is top notch and the main reason why I enjoyed my stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our one week stay. Will definitely recommend others to stay here in future.

Overall is good and the breakfast have a lot of selections. Will change some items everyday.

Great hotel to stay, will consider staying here again in the future. Services are great, stayed for 2 weeks including breakfast, the ladies during the breakfast are always cheerful and greet with everyone with great smile every morning. Breakfast menu is good, they have both western and Indonesian breakfast menu. The sate maringi was good, location is great except that there is the metro railway construction in front of the hotel, otherwise it could be a great place as it is within walking distance to Pancoran and Mangga Besar.

Relaxing environment, comfortable room, friendly staff, great services

This is our first family trip to Jakarta. Thanks to Holiday Inn we had a pleaeent stay with clean room and friendly service. We also had a nice dinner at the Chinese restaurant. Waitress Caca is a cheerful and genuine lady who recommend us delicious local food such as satay.

I would like to comment this IHG hotel was my best choice in Indonesia, with comfortable decoration, and nice scenery of the old city. In the late of my trip, I had got a fever, they were so kind sending me a bow of hot soup. Immediately I felt deeply touched and much better with my body. Thank you sir, the front manager, the delivery guy.

Live the cleanest room + the spaciousness of the room. Happy with the buffet breakfast menu. Will definitely come again.

I had a great experience at the hotel, Big and compy room, beautiful views. The hotel have a nice gym and pool which is great for relaxing. The breakfast is very good with local and western dishes, good taste and quality. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Thanks

Amazing hotel. Room was huge with a great view and fast internet. Breakfast was also amazing and the staff was incredible. The pool is also great if there is no rain.
