Mercure Jakarta Batavia

1 night stay only & ended up with bed bug bites the next day 😑 colleague in the next room had bed bug bite marks too the next days . Never staying here again. The area is not convenient & also the surroundings are a little run down. Never booking here again.

Convenient location to walk to Old Town Jakarta Kota Tua. Hotel has large rooms with comfortable beds so worth it to pay a little more than at cheaper hotels in the old town. 25-40 minutes to the airport.

Close to old town square and many sights. Clean and international standard.

Nice hotel in West Jakarta. The location is ideal if you have things to do around West Jakarta otherwise it is a nightmare with all the MRT projects that's going on which leads to congested traffic. The hotel is clean, the staff is nice, just keep it in mind that this is an old building so some parts of the building might give you a spooky impression.

Very nice hotel both the structure and the interiors. The historical exhibits are very informative. Food is modest. Staff are friendly. If the plan is to visit the heritage site of Old Jakarta, this hotel is a great choice.

I initially booked this place but they said it was overbooked so they moved me to Mercure Jakarta Grogol, with a free spa experience as a form of compensation. The experience was nice, although the location isn’t as good as this Mercure Batavia.

I traveled from the US to Jakarta to spend quality time with my brother's family, and this hotel provided the ultimate setup for our reunion. The entire property is beautifully maintained, clean, and exceptionally safe for young children. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always went out of their way to ensure our combined families were happy and comfortable. Our rooms were a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside, featuring cozy beds and great amenities.

Nice hotel to visit the Kota Tua area. Good breakfast spread. And I love the mattress and pillow. Very comfortable and I had a very good sleep. Quite far from the bustling city area but we had no problem since we used driver service.
