They clean and take out the trash every day. Even if you're not awake, they'll keep knocking... and sometimes even open the door directly (though that's usually later). If you're concerned about privacy, remember to use the security chain. Service: They offer laundry service (but the price varied both times).

Even though there were vacant rooms, they assigned us a corner room with a window that couldn't be opened. It was quite unpleasant that the front desk staff insisted they had no other available rooms. However, the other staff members were very friendly and excellent at their jobs. A 3-night stay is ideal, and it was great that the hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cockroaches everywhere. The staff were friendly, but the room condition was very bad. There were many stains on the bedding sheets and covers, and so, so, so many cockroaches, both big and small. Looking at other reviews, it seems my room wasn't the only one like this. I had booked for 3 nights and 4 days... but I just checked out without even getting a refund and moved to another hotel.

The room was quite cool. The AC was already on when I entered, which was nice as I didn't have to turn it on and wait for it to cool down.
