The hotel located right at the entrance of Kelowna from Vancouver and was newly renovated. The room has nice decoration, microwave and coffee machine. will surely re-stay again when visiting Kelowna.

The beds and pillows are of high grade. The overall vibe is modern and new. Toilets and showers are modern design. Excellent!

New, clean, restaurant in hotel and others nearby. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. No hot tub.

An excellent hotel with very good amenities. Well laid out, welcoming, very nice staff, clean, comfortable beds, everything you need to enjoy your stay. It's a very new hotel so our first time staying there but won't be our last.

Great stay, convenient location

The in-room air conditioner was excessively noisy, necessitating its disengagement and the subsequent opening of a window. It is difficult to envision the situation during a particularly hot summer evening. Additionally, several large trucks were parked and engaged in the unloading of goods each morning at 6:00 PM. Notably, one of these trucks was positioned directly beneath our room, which proved to be an extremely irritating occurrence. The infrastructure of the hotel, particularly considering its recent opening, appears to have been inadequately planned to accommodate guests.

Only been open for 1 month, but you wouldn't know. All the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Good Stay

The hotel was modern and well-equipped. Although we arrived late at night, it was still very comfortable. However, I highly recommend arriving well before sunset, otherwise the mountain roads are very dark with little lighting, which can be a bit nerve-wracking. The breakfast server was incredibly nice, with a super sweet voice, setting a wonderful tone for the day. The nearby lake is absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit. I also highly recommend the ice wine winery.

This hotel, located in western Kelowna, is a great place to stop for a quick stop before heading to the Rocky Mountains. I appreciated the fact that there was no separate parking fee. Okanagan Lake is nearby, a short drive away.

Breakfast service is average.
