Everything was good. Because of weather, I added an extra day to my stay. Your staff accommodated this so we would not need to change rooms.
The renovation did not impact our stay at all. Even the construction crew was very kind & helpful.
The only problem we had was with the TV. About every 15 seconds, a message would pop up, freezing the broadcast. We contacted the Front Desk. They sent Maintenace to the room......Could not fix the problem.
We had asked the Front Desk to correct the problem during the day, while we were at the Race. Nothing was done.
As I checked out, I should have asked for some consideration since the TV was a valuable resource for making our plans, based on the weather.
FYI....Hilton Garden Inns have become our hotels of choice. From Minneapolis, to Kansas City, the consistency, cleanliness, & service has been very consistently good. Other hotel chains have not been so good, we avoid them.
