Holiday Inn Express & Suites WEST LONG BRANCH - EATONTOWN by IHG

This was a much cheaper option than staying at the Shore. I stayed here so I could walk to a Springsteen performance. The front desk staff were quite helpful, but otherwise the place was kind of sad. Breakfast was weak coffee, dried up scrambled eggs, and one type of sweet roll. It is fine if you don’t want to pay for other options. But if you have other options in same price range, consider them.

Check in was a breeze and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. I traveled to Jersey for work and my trip became negative because check out clearly states 12 pm. I left for work in the early morning and DID NOT CHECK OUT. I made it back to the room before check. My plan to sleep and shower before my travel home. When I got there someone had been in there. The sheets and pillows thrown all over the. The bathroom half cleaned. My water bottle still there. When I went downstairs the girl who checked me out asked housekeeping. Housekeeping said they knocked and since no one answered she assumed I was not coming back and was starting the cleaning processor. I was offered no compensation for being forced to check out early , no other room to Atleast shower or even the ability to go back into the one I had. All I was told sorry and would you like your receipt. I travel all the time for work and have never been forced to check out early.

We continue to have a good experience here, see previous review. Lovely staff, great breakfast hotel is very clean. It is a good choice if you are in the Long Branch area.

Our stay at this Holiday Inn and Express Suites more than me our expectations. We were very impressed by the extensive breakfast offered including fresh blueberries, strawberries, and grapes. There are many hot and cold options also, including two types of eggs, sausage, and pancakes, along with cold cereals. The kitchen staff are lovely and very helpful. We have already booked our next stay here in July with our whole family. we know all the kids will love the indoor pool and terrific breakfast. Long Branch Beach is 20 minutes away and is clean and lovely for all to enjoy.

Everything was great except the breakfast food! Could have been hotter and the pancake maker never worked! Staff was friendly and professional!
