The room was okay, but my cosmetics fell on the floor and rolled under the sink, which was very dirty. Otherwise, it was fine, and the staff were unusually friendly.

The hotel was clean and nice , breakfast was good and fresh , the staff was friendly and respectful. They kept my room really clean . The location was even better because it was around everything had like 6 restaurants with in walking distances.

The elevator smelled like cat pee. The bathrooms were gross. One of our rooms wasn’t ready. Definitely wasn’t up kept or clean at all. Food was gross. Eggs didn’t taste right.

I cannot give a review of the proprerty, but the staff was great. Let me explain: I've stayed at the property in the past, and it was fine. On the way to the hotel on Check-in day, the Manager called to tell me that the elevators were broken, and would not be fixed during my stay. She offered to cancel the reservation. I was inside rhe cancel window by this point. Since no 1st or second floor room was available, and I had a fair amount of luggage, I took the option to cancel. I really appreciated the pro-active approach here, giving me ample time to make other arrangements. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel on any future trip - the staff's integrity here was top notch!

My family will never stay at the Hotel again. The Lobby looked great and check in was easy. We were given the option of floors 1,2, or 3. I went to checkout floor 3 and first thing I noticed upon stepping into the ONLY elevator is an extremely putrid sour smell. The attendant said that the elevator had been recently serviced and that was the "cable/axel/pulley? grease" giving the odor. The room itself had a urine smell. The water in the toilet and from the sink had a yellow tint to it which was explained as just the way the local water is (Info placard with QR code presented). I noticed the door was falling off the hinges and would not close properly unless I lifted it when closing. I switched to the second floor room. This room wasn't much better. Same yellow water and faint urine smell. Room looked like it hadnt been serviced since the last holiday. Paneling was peeling, wood rot, dirty sliding glass door in bathroom etc. We were exhausted from the trip and went ahead and took this room. The hotel neglected to service our room not a single time in our three nights and on top of the that the ONLY elevator broke down the next evening and was never repaired. We spoke to the manager and attendant multiple times but still our room was not serviced. I had to come day and get my own towns and bed sheets and makeup the bed ourselves. Also the hot breakfast was pathetic. Sausages and bacon were ancient. Juice and waffles were great. Wydham, this property needs help

I really think this was just an accident but my bathroom for this stay was very dirty. I have never had an issue in the past and I've noticed that the same name was on the room service card as before but I think it was just an oversight/accident so i didn't mention it to staff. However, this is the second time in a month that the elevator broke. This time, I was on it.
