Singer Island Inn

Horrible stay would not recommend. I tried to cancel the booking after I noticed a $100 hidden cleaning fee. They did not let me cancel or refund. The check in is with the phone there is no office and they barely answer I had to call several times and wait a long while before we could check in. They say the rooms are non smoking but smells like straight cigarettes when you walk in. The AC was not working I was hot as hell all night. The shower is small don’t try to fit another person. I felt so uncomfortable in the hot ass room and since there is no office there was no way to talk to anyone to fix it. The only good thing is location because you can literally walk to the beach within less than five minutes. The bed was super hard my back was killing me the next day. Horrible stay would not come back ever! They really get you with the hidden fee so keep an eye out it’s $100 for cleaning which cost more than the room itself and they don’t let you cancel even if you call within 24 hrs of the booking.

It's a cheap place to stay and you get what you pay for. Dingy rooms and furniture, the place smelled like cigarettes, the AC did not cool much, toilet tank valve needed a jiggle to get water to flow. 2 star kinda place.

I did not stay at the hotel i pay for,the manager told me the same day that the apartment i was going to stay had a problem,he gave me another apartment a few blocks down,i did not like the last change but at least the manager came up with something else

Doesnt look like the pictures, we didn’t even stay just checked in looked around and left. It’s the type of place spring breakers go to get black out drunk and bring back strangers from a bar. If you aren’t going to be hammered you will not be able to handle being here. Disgusting.

Checking into this property was terrible! I paid in advance along with a cleaning deposit and was told by management they would provide check in information (key code, unit number etc...) by 11:30 am the day of our stay. They never reached out to me and I made several attempts to contact them but there was no answer. It was almost 5pm and after spending 45 minutes with ******* representative (props to ******* for their effort) who also tried contacting the property management however was unable. While standing in front of the property for over an hour along with another guest who had booked through a different travel agency and also had been trying to contact management. It was the other guest who finally was able to contact the property so he could access his room and while on the phone with the management he told them I was also waiting for access to the property. I would NEVER recommend this property even though it was in a convenient location. There are to many other nearby properties to select from that had far more to offer.

The location was great. The check in process was terrible. We wasted a lot of time trying to get into our room. The ceiling fan in the bedroom had no way to switch it off or slow it down. The chain was missing. it was running on high speed and making a bad grinding noise.

My stay at the unit was reminiscent of a low-budget hostel. The overall condition was subpar, with evident filth and degradation. The tight space between the toilet and sink left no room for comfort, and the mattress and pillows were not only completely flat but also unhygienic. Arriving at midnight, I regretted not opting for another hotel that night, but I moved on the next morning at the cost of forfeiting the remainder of reservation.

A little gem tucked away on Singer island. Great for a weekend get away. Close to some fun restaurants and bars. Close to the beach.

I called time and time again to check in and no one answered. For an hour and a half, by that point I paid for a whole new hotel. When I finally settled into my new hotel, they then texted me asking how they could help. When I told them it was too late because I already had another hotel they never responded and still did not answer my calls when I tried to call again. I will never book them again. Also this hotel is in a bad part of town.
