A HORRIBLE PLACE
horrible experience Mold and water damage and peeling paint door handle came off so I was locked out until a locksmith came to replace the door handle left sharp metal parts of the broekn handle in front of the entance no hot water and charged for damaging a crib that I never saw or touched a HORRIBLE place

Lovely spot in up and coming area
This was a great, clean. Perfect spot for a single traveler. Hosts were very supportive and responsive about the hvac system and the wntry code etc. Some water dripping in bathroom, and water doesnt get really hot. Oberall it was lovely and i plan on staying again.

Shangri La
My room gave me the sense that I was on vacation on a tropical island. The neighborhood is hard to beat. So charming and quiet and yet so close to all the restaurants and shopping. Having that passageway on Florida Avenue is a huge plus. Makes it so easy to get around. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and I just fell in love with the Casa Grandview alleyway.
It's a beautiful gem of a neighborhood.
